“My husband and I have been trying for the past 14 months to have a baby. I have had some health issues, and we at this time haven’t consulted a fertility doctor, but I knew I needed to make a change with my health. After joining the Health and Wellness program in January, Trenton suggested Fasting to help with some inflammation in my body for my overall health, and I was eager to try anything at this point. Initially journaling what I ate and how I felt, I expanded to include exercise, leading to the realization that I feel better when I eat well and exercise. Conversely, I feel tired and foggy without proper nutrition and activity. This revelation made sticking to the plan much easier. While I've lost 7 pounds, the more significant achievement is feeling better and having more energy. Now, I don't see it as dieting or forcing myself to exercise; I'm eating and exercising with the purpose of feeling better.
